Metallic Epoxy Flooring

Metallic Epoxy flooring is beautiful, durable, water proof, easy to clean and will last forever!

We use only the best epoxy available and has the highest adhesion rating to concrete which is rated at “350” and holds back up to 9lbs. of moisture vapor! That’s why we can give a 20 year adhesion warranty on garage floors and a lifetime adhesion warranty on interior floors.

Our Installation Process

1. We repair any cracks and then grind the entire concrete surface. We can do dry grind, which allows for same day epoxy application or wet grind which keeps the dust down to a minimum but requires at least 3 days dry time before we can apply epoxy.
2. Primer Coat the entire floor with a single color base coat and then let dry.
3. We then apply a 2nd coat of epoxy using different metallic pigments/colors and can create unique designs with squeegees, leaf blowers and other techniques and then let dry.
4. Then the final 3rd coat which will be applied. We use an industrial strength polyaspartic coating which is even harder and more scratch resistant than epoxy.
