Pour In Place Rubber Urethane Flooring and Decking

We use only the best rubber flooring materials for our Pour In Place Rubber Urethane Flooring and Decking. Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) Rubber’s low thermal conductivity, flexibility, through-coloring, and UV stability make it a viable solution for a multitude of applications and surfacing solutions. Our EPDM is available in standard as well as fine textures

Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) is comprised of recycled and pre-cycled tire materials. Although generally used to fill cracks or provide base, SBR can be combined with EPDM to achieve greater cost effectiveness in heavy wear applications and is available in multiple texture classifications.

The Process:

1. Depending on your application and condition of your concrete. We either grind the entire surface of your concrete or pressure wash the surface.
2. Then we mix the rubber granules with special flexible urethane resins made specifically for this application.
3. Then we apply the final top coat for additional protection and sheen.
